Originated from the north of the island Gotland, Sweden, mostly from Lärbro. They where all farmers and some of them had commisions in church and comunity, except from a couple on his mother’s side who came från Småland on the Swedish mainland and another from the city Visby where they practiced as a printers foreman, stamp master and ship carpenter.
